The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
This role ensures the agency attracts, retains, and develops top talent while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
The HR Manager will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide guidance to managers on setting performance goals and conducting reviews.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Manage payroll processes and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or tourism industry.
- In-depth knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus
- Excellent in MS Office
