The Sales and Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving sales growth and promoting the agency’s travel products and services.
This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, building relationships with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve revenue targets.
The ideal candidate is creative, customer-focused, and has a strong understanding of the travel industry.
Responsibilities
- Lead the entire sales cycle
- Achieve monthly sales objectives
- Gather feedback from clients to improve services and address any concerns
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to enhance the customer experience
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns
Must Have
- At least college level
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be computer literate and knows how to use MS Office
- Must know how to use social media platforms (FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, etc.)
Nice to have
- Experience in airline and hotel bookings
- Active passport
- Photo and video editing skill using Canva
- Strong analytical skills
