We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic student to join our travel agency as a part-time Sales and Marketing Assistant.
This role is perfect for students who are passionate about travel, enjoy interacting with people, and want to gain hands-on experience in sales and marketing.
You will assist in promoting our travel packages, engaging with customers, and supporting marketing campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness.
Responsibilities
- Assist in selling travel packages, including flights, accommodations, tours, and other travel-related services.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing and online advertisements.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative ideas for promotions and campaigns.
- Maintain customer databases and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Assist with organizing travel documents and itineraries for clients.
Must Have
- Currently enrolled as a student (any field of study; marketing, business, tourism, or related fields is a plus).
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Knows at least basic MS Office
